Oklahoma for Health and Parental Rights Foundation is organized to provide education and support to the community in the areas of health choice, parental rights, medical privacy, and informed consent. The Foundation shall operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to the Foundation shall not be utilized for campaigning or lobbying purposes.
